Colony Ridge

Colony Ridge is a housing development northeast of Houston, Texas that is
33,000 acres (roughly twice the size of Manhattan) and currently houses
between 40 and 100 thousand residents (depending on who you ask), the
overwhelming majority of whom are Latino. The plots of land were advertised
almost exclusively in Spanish to foreigners across Central and South
America, as well as Latino Immigrants living in America. The development
company, "Terrenos Houston" run by billionaire Republican donors, offered
low money down, high interest rate, predatory "owner finance" loans,
allowing illegals and bad actors to easily own land in Texas.

The result? A population bomb of foreign born, non-english speakers on a
rural, quiet, East Texas community, which has effected every aspect of the
locals' lives. From murders and manhunts, to public schools struggling to
find the places and resources to accommodate 150 new Spanish speaking
children a month, to alleged cartel activity, to over-stressed
infrastructure and drainage.

There are criticisms to be made of local and state lawmakers, and county
bureaucrats, who allowed this "Colonia" to be carved out of the East Texas
pines, and of the exploitative capitalist republicans who are behind the
scheme, but let's be frank about it: This is an issue of Race.

Despite all of the issues of infrastructure, shoddy business practices,
and county resources being stretched thin, no one would be complaining if
the residents of Colony Ridge were Norwegian.

The National Justice Party stands firmly against the mass importation of
Non-White immigrants, and against Colony Ridge and all similar developments
across Texas intended to displace and replace the white population. We call
out the capitalists, the spineless republican lawmakers, and the corrupt
local politicians who enable this invasion, and demand that they all be
held accountable for their treason against the people who made Texas great.

Colony Ridge is a development within Liberty County, just 40 miles north of
Houston. The development is home to the one of the fastest growing Hispanic
populations in the country. In the ten years since the development first
began construction it has gained a notorious reputation among residents of
other Liberty County communities as a “colonia”, a term used to describe
the many shanty towns along the U.S.-Mexican border where migrants live in
squalor.

Particularly disturbing is the emergence of cartel-style organized crime
with the once peaceful rural area. In 2013 it was discovered that 300 acres
of Liberty County lands were being used to host what has been referred to
as the “largest and most sophisticate marijuana growing operation in US
history”. In July 2021, DEA agents raided a multi-million dollar
methamphetamine super-lab in the Colony Ridge settlement, the likes of
which has previously not been seen north of the border. Just this year the
local school district of Cleveland ISD was forced to issue a warning about
students overdosing on fentanyl, indicating a surge of the deadly substance
within the local community likely driven by localized manufacturing and
distribution operations with the development.

There have been rising concerns among Liberty County residents that land
in the settlement is being purchased by cartels to set up such operations
and safe houses, as buyers are not required to present any proof of a
legal, legitimate source of income, let alone any actual verifiable form of
identification, to secure property within the development.

The National Justice Party stands firmly against the use of Texas land to
host massive drug manufacturing and distribution operations the likes of
which are typically found within the regions of Mexico controlled by
narco-terrorist organizations. We especially take exception to the
distribution of such deadly substances within our communities, and in
particular to our children. We condemn the developers of the Colony Ridge
settlement who have facilitated the arrival of such unprecedented
criminality on American soil for their own petty financial gain, developers
who hide their guilt and greed behind lofty notions of “the affordable
American dream” and accusations of “racism” against the local residents of
Liberty County when they face criticism for their nation-wrecking actions.
We also condemn the traitorous Republican politicians who continue to drag
their feet on addressing the compounding issues related to the Colony Ridge
settlement for fear of upsetting what appears to be a favorite donor class
of the Texas GOP: Greedy land developers and investors.
