Yah, the law is more concerned with Joe Taxpayer's brandishing than
Dindo Nuffin's carjacking.
The carjackers, if even arrested, will be back on the street in
hours. The "brandisher" gets the full court treatment.
My answer would be that I identify as a menopausal woman, was having
a hot flash and took my jacket off which accidentally exposed my
bang-bang.
In NC where I live we may be protected as there is no permit needed
for open carry. It is not unusual to go to Walmart and see someone
with a gun on their hip.
I can pack open or concealed as I wish without a permit here in
Arkansas . We also see a lot of people carrying openly . I don't
usually carry unless I'm going somewhere that I know has a high crime
rate . Like Memphis .
Any blue voting area.

I'd really like to see one of those black socialist store-robbing flash
mobs in Wyoming and how it ends.
